Workshops are held on the first Saturday of every month 9:00 AM. -12:00 PM PST. These are usually held virtually using the web meeting service Zoom, see your email for link. This is a chance for good friends and fellow microscopists to talk about our favorite subject. You are invited to bring any manner of items related to microscopy to share it with the fellowship.

Occassionally in person practical Workshops are also held.

The MSSC has an ongoing need for interesting speakers for our monthly gatherings. Topics could relate to the technique, history, applications, subjects or art involving microscopes. We are open to anything that is interesting or remotely related to microscopy. If you are able to speak to our group, please contact the Program Chair (see Contacts)

 


 

Before Covid, Saturday workshops were held in person, a see Historical Workshops for dates and times from 2003 to 2020.

 

 



Up until Covid, the Society also held monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of every month from 7:00p.m. Ideas expressed by speakers at these meetings are their own, and do not neccesarily represent those of the MSSC. Details of historical meetings are given below:
